As I understand, monitor records  data, and allow graphing of recorded data. If monitoring is not enabled there will be no data to graph

Note, On our implementation, when PDU were imported from RaMP, RaMP was monitoring, Hyperview were not set to monitor. I had to set monitoring on each PDU one, by one, so if importing make devices, if you need monitoring enabled, do it at the import.
