How do I update my payment method?

To change the credit card associated as a payment method:

  1. Login to the Customer Portal
  2. Navigate to the Subscription section
  3. Select the Subscription 
  4. Select Pay

Additionally, a user can manage all the credit cards associated with the user account from the main screen in the Customer Portal by selecting Manage payment methods.
