Hyperview discoveries are built to allow multiple protocols to run at the same time in a single discovery for a particular asset. The amount and type of data received from such discoveries may differ from one another. Depending on the device type and protocols used, different protocols will be respected in order.

To enable multiple protocols within a discovery:
1. Create a new discovery and select the corresponding discovery type.
2. Add the IP addresses of your devices to the IP address form.
3. Enable the multiple protocols for the discovery settings that are available from your devices and supply the corresponding credentials.
4. Run the discovery and await results.

If you encounter issues with Hyperview not respecting certain protocol information for devices discovered with various protocols, please contact the support team to walk you through the discovery setup and device configurations.
