The Hyperview application is setup to poll asset sensors every ten minutes by default, but this can be changed by an administrator user within the software.

Configuration Steps:
1. Open the Settings menu and select the Sensors option.
2. On the Sensors page open the Polling tab where you will see a Polling Interval option.
3. Use the Polling Interval drop-down menu to select a new polling period.

Hyperview supports polling intervals between 5 minutes and 24 hours. Be aware that lowering the polling interval for your assets is a global settings for all protocols. Hyperview does not allow individual polling intervals for separate communication protocols at this time. Also note that the more you increase the polling rate, the more impact it may have on the network bandwidth and the asset's network cards.
