I used the Watch Asset feature in Hyperview to receive notifications for my assets and locations, but I only received some of the events as notifications.
There are a few reasons why you did not receive all of the email notifications for your watched assets in Hyperview.
Is your Hyperview user account associated with the correct email addrress?
Ensure that your user account is setup with your correct email address. The Watched Assets notifications are tied to your Hyperview user account email address. If the email address is not correct on the account, then you will not receive the notifications for your watched assets.
When did you start watching the asset?
Adding assets to your Watched Assets list in Hyperview is not retroactive. If you started watching the device or location after an event was triggered, you will not receive a notification for it. You will receive an email notification when an existing active alarm is cleared though.
