After I login to my Hyperview instance, all I see is a blank screen. What are some of the reasons I see a blank browser window after I login to Hyperview?

- Bookmark - We have seen in the past some users prefer to use a bookmark to navigate to the Hyperview instance. Sometimes the bookmark link is pointing at the authorization page instead of the Hyperview homepage URL. If the bookmark is not the correct URL the page may fail to load. Ensure that https://example.hyperviewhq.com is used as the bookmark URL. Where example in this case is your specific Hyperview instance name.
- Cookies and Cache -Â We recommend that you clear your browser cache and cookies for the Hyperview site and attempt the login process again. Perhaps your previous Hyperview browsing session stored bad data and the reference to that in the cookies need to be reset. An incognito window or different browser may help here. Also, ensure that you have accepted the cookies notification on the login page for Hyperview.
- Browser Extensions -Â Check for any browser extensions that may be impacting the web pages. Some users have browser extensions installed that block ads, scripts, or forms from being displayed on web pages. If you have any of these installed, try disabling them temporarily and attempt the login process again.
- Browser Updates – Hyperview tests against the latest versions of browsers to ensure the web page operates normally. We recommend checking and updating your browser to the latest version if any UI elements seem to be misbehaving.
