We're back with new and improved features including Alarm Policies for more flexible alarm event management. Enhanced functionalities in Bulk Event Management, Asset and Sensor Dashboards, Rack Layout Export, 3D Layouts, and Linux Data Collector's VMware support are now available. Lastly, temperature bands have been updated in line with ASHRAE 2021 Thermal Guidelines.

Our latest product update includes our most requested add-on feature, Connectivity. Connectivity is a comprehensive structured cabling management tool that enables you to document your physical network with ease. This update also includes enhancements to the Sensor Dashboard, IT Energy measurement, and the Windows-version data collector.

In this product update, we’ve introduced a new feature called Outlet Control that lets you power on, off, and cycle your rack PDUs remotely through the platform. We’ve also introduced a new persistent Search Bar and a Sensor Dashboard. Plus, we’ve made significant enhancements to the ServiceNow CMDB Sync integration, Catalog, Rack Security, and Heatmaps.

We're kicking off September with a new feature called Work Notes that lets you collaborate with other users on a single asset. Plus, we've made further enhancements to the License page, Firmware Management, the Linux version Data Collector, and AssetTracker RFID.

ServiceNow CMDB integration is now available! As well, we continue to roll out enhancements to Firmware Management and 3D view. Now you can view, search and report on the current firmware version for all your assets, both Managed and Unmanaged. In 3D view, you can quickly hone in on a specific set of racks or assets using Focus Mode. Plus, Hyperview now generates a multi-level Heat Map for more nuanced temperature ranges.

3D data center visualization has finally arrived! Toggle between 2D and 3D views without experiencing any slowdown or rendering issues. Try out the new dashboard widget for Asset Summary. Plus, experience the significant enhancements to Rack Elevation and Advanced Search.

Now you can directly access and search Hyperview’s Product Catalog, along with adding your own device models and model images. Plus, a new add-on feature for Firmware Management, a Linux-version Data Collector for installation on Raspberry Pi devices, and the addition of Delta-T and average temperature sensors for racks.

Track and audit assets at the U rack level in real-time with our new add-on feature, AssetTracker RFID. Plus, a beta version of the Data Collector for Linux is now available for download.

You can now save searches for yourself and others, update asset lifecycles in bulk, and add Rack Side and Rack Position values for your Zero U assets. We've also included bug fixes, and made discovery and UX improvements.
